Hillary Clinton and her media allies have been working overtime to put out numerous fires that continue to pop up and spread during the final weeks of her campaign for president. Recently, the flames have gotten more difficult to smother as reports of Clinton’s frail health have bled into the mainstream media, despite the unanimous and unilateral decision by the MSM to treat anyone who even raises a question as akin to a Holocaust denier. (On Sunday night, for example, Huffington Post fired contributor David Seaman and deleted his columns simply for linking to a Hillary health video that’s been viewed four million times.)
If you really wanted to live like a millionaire, you could start doing it right now. All you have to do is to apply for as many credit cards as possible and then begin running up credit card balances like there is no tomorrow. At this point, I know what most of you are probably thinking. You are probably thinking that such a lifestyle would not last for long and that a day of reckoning would eventually come, and you would be exactly right. In fact, anyone that has ever had a tremendous amount of credit card debt knows how painful that day of reckoning can be. To mindlessly run up credit card debt is exceedingly reckless, but unfortunately that is precisely what we have been doing as a nation as a whole. We are a “buy now, pay later” society, and our national day of reckoning is approaching very, very quickly.
After multiple break-ins to his home, one homeowner decided to upgrade with a motion sensor system. This system lets him know if someone is moving around outside his house. Sometimes, it’s the only warning we get. In this case, it was all the warning he needed.
The decision of several major insurance companies to cut their losses and withdraw from the Obamacare exchanges, combined with the failure of 70 percent of Obamacare’s health insurance “co-ops, ” will leave one in six Obamacare enrollees with only one health insurance option. If Obamacare continues on its current track, most of America may resemble Pinal County, Arizona, where no one can obtain private health insurance. Those lucky enough to obtain insurance will face ever-increasing premiums and a declining choice of providers.
Remember how a couple of days ago the German government advised its citizens to start stockpiling food and water? Well, today they have announced that they are considering reintroducing conscription…the draft, to ‘help with any future disaster’. And Germany isn’t alone. There are increasing hints in countries around the world that something big is on its way…and it won’t be pretty. Do they know something we don’t?
Even if the elite spoke with one voice, the elite doesn’t “control” the government and politicians in a direct manner; they have “programmed” politicians and other tools to act in certain manners, and once the virus has been let loose…well, the elite cannot change the direction of a 1300 foot-long cargo ship on a dime.
It is literally amazing how an individual so crooked, so duplicitous, and with so many chargeable offenses can actually stay in the running for the presidency of the United States. Now her new television ad campaign, coincidentally, is running her a cool $80 million. She has a virtually unlimited amount of cash to throw into this election, and remember the beauty of it all…anything she takes in at this point, she keeps, whether she wins the election or not, and it’s not taxable income. She’s operating in the green, and it’s all going to be profit at this point.
Republican candidate for Florida House District 86, Laurel Bennett, was a bit shocked over the weekend when she discovered that a local West Palm Beach NBC affiliate, WPTV, reported that she had lost a race even though votes hadn't been cast yet. Why do we need voters when it's far easier to just skip straight to the results?
If anything, this proposal would do more to push law-abiding gun owners out of the state. For those who can’t afford to pack up and move, they would then be classified as criminals if the police caught them with even one magazine that met Newsom’s definition. Defending your home and you shoot a home intruder? -- “Well, sir, let’s see your gun… Oh, I see this gun holds more than 10 rounds. Come with us to the station.”
If you have been waiting for a public announcement or news headline to let you know that an economic collapse has begun, you are in for the surprise of your life. If history in other countries and in Detroit, Michigan is any indication, there won’t be an announcement. An economic collapse tends to sneak up on a city, region, or country gradually over time. In some cases, the arrival of an economic collapse is so gradual that most people living in it aren’t even aware of it at first.
It’s no surprise that Clinton’s political incentive is to keep the border porous, and to usher in more new “pathway to citizenship” Democrats. If she wins the presidency, federal and Supreme Court appointments will be hers to make, and you’d better believe an upheld “assault weapon” ban, along with a reversal of Heller and McDonald, will be tops on her agenda.
